HANAE
Meditation Flow with HANAE
The beginning of the year is a time when it’s easy to set goals. Improve your physical fitness, explore your emotions, and quietly face them. This gentle flow utilizes dynamic movements that target the shoulders, hips, and other large joints. By fully utilizing your body, you’ll find a comfortable seated position and will be guided to help you develop breathing and quiet time habits. Let’s share this peaceful time together.
Umezawa Yurika
Umezawa Yurika’s Mellow Flow for Special Occasions
This yoga session begins with breathing techniques, then flow and meditation. Gradually warm up your body and relax your mind in the morning. “Don’t compare yourself to others” and “Work at your own pace” as you face yourself now.
Focus your attention on what’s moving in that moment, noticing both the large movements you can see and the smaller movements of your body, breath, and mind that only you can sense.
