Due to the event, traffic into the 60TH ANNIVERSARY SANRIO EXHIBITION THE BEGINNING OF KAWAII and Tokyo City View Indoor Observation Deck will be partially restricted.

- An area towards the Tokyo Tower within the Tokyo City View Indoor Observation Deck (52F, Roppongi Hills Mori Tower) cannot be accessed.
- The entrance area of 60TH ANNIVERSARY SANRIO EXHIBITION THE BEGINNING OF KAWAII cannot be accessed, either.
