What is Roppongi Tenmon Club?

“Roppongi Tenmon (Astronomy) Club” is a generic name for the series of astronomy-related events held at the Roppongi Hills observation deck, Tokyo City View, including stargazing parties on Sky Deck, the highest open-air observation deck in the Kanto region (on the roof of Roppongi Hills Mori Tower), and astronomy seminars/workshops with experts.

As “Roppongi Tenmon Club” is not a special membership organization, anyone can participate in any events throughout the year, making it ideal for people on their way home from work, dating couples, and families with children looking for some casual enjoyment.

Every 4th Friday of the month is designated “Roppongi Tenmon Club Day,” and in addition to the regular “Astronomical News and Commentary on the Following Month’s Night Sky by a Star Expert” seminars and stargazing parties, special stargazing parties are held on an as-needed basis.

the Sky Deck and the Mori Art Museum throughout one year.

About “Annual Passport” Validity Extension

Validity of your Annual Passport will be extended for 5 months, due to our facilities’ temporary closure (Period: February 29 - July 30, 2020). This extension will be applied, with a quick process*, to Annual Passports issued anytime between March 1, 2019 and February 28, 2020.

* A quick process will be required. Eligible Passport Holders are requested to bring their Annual Passport to the Mori Art Museum Information, after Saturday, July 11, 2020.

All admissions to the facilities now require advance booking for designated date/time slot. See the details here.

Admissions to the STARS exhibition
- In view of the recent situation, we have decided to reinforce our countermeasure against the proliferation of COVID-19 to thoroughly avert “Three Cs” yet again, and advocate that our patrons should purchase/book for their visits in advance.
- Day tickets are still available at the ticket counter, however, kindly note that there may be a little bit of a wait in case of congestion and/or cases where numbered tickets are distributed in order to control traffic.
- We offer a special admission discount for those purchasing online tickets. See here for details.

- Please purchase/book for a designated date/time slot via Online Tickets/Booking Website.
- Tickets are also sold at the ticket counter. Kindly note, however, that there may be a little bit of a wait in case of congestion and/or cases where numbered tickets are distributed in order to control traffic.

Member Admission: Exhibition 800 yen + Indoor Observation Deck (Free for Annual Passport holders)

* The exhibition requires advance booking. Please book/buy ticket in advance at the Exhibition Official Website.
* Admission of Indoor Observation Deck will be free by presenting Annual Passport at the ticket counter (3F). No advance booking required.

Exhibition Period: 2020.12.11 [Fri] - 2021.1.11 [Mon]
Member Admission: Indoor Observation Deck (Free for Annual Passport holders)

* An admission ticket to THE PROMISED NEVERLAND SPECIAL EXHIBITION includes admission to Indoor Observation Deck.
* Advance booking is required. Please book your ticket here. Select “Member Tickets / Others” banner and book free ticket.

・At the conclusion of the scheduled exhibitions in January 2021, Mori Art Museum, Roppongi Hills Observation Deck Tokyo City View and Mori Arts Center Gallery will undergo some renovation work. Accordingly, these facilities will be temporarily closed (Click here for details.).
Kindly note that the validity period of your Passport, due to the renovation (Period: January - April 2021), will be extended for 4 months.
And, the sales and renewal services of the Passport will be terminated on December 31, 2020.
