The last day the said employee was working on site is Wednesday, February 2, 2022.
The employee was wearing a mask while at work, after routinely checking the temperature and sanitizing hands.
The facilities along with any communal areas the employee was present have been thoroughly disinfected as a precaution.

Friday, February 4: The employee came down with a fever.
Saturday, February 5: The employee sought medical attention and PCR-tested positive for COVID-19.
