As we previously announced on our official website, Tokyo City View will be changing its business hours during the following period due to the CHANEL presents “la Galerie du 19M Tokyo” (the “Exhibition”). We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding.
- Closure Periods:
- - Tokyo City View (18 days in total)
(1) Thursday, September 18 - Monday, September 29
(2) Tuesday, October 21 - Sunday, October 26
* Tokyo City View will be unavailable during the above periods. - - Observation Deck (21 days in total)
Tuesday, September 30 - Monday, October 20
* During this period, Tokyo City View will not be open as an observation deck but will instead serve as the exhibition venue for the Exhibition.

- Tokyo City View Passport Validity Extension
- Due to the above operational changes, the validity period of your passport will be extended for the number of days during which the observation deck is closed (39 days total, from Thursday, September 18, 2025 through Sunday, October26, 2025).
- Eligible Passport Holders
- Tokyo City View Passport holders whose validity period includes Thursday, September 18, 2025 through Sunday, October26, 2025.
- Regarding the Extension Procedure
- The expiration date of your eligible Tokyo City View Passport will be automatically extended, so no action is required on your part. You can check the expiration date on your My Page.
